The tropical heat hits like a hammer the moment the ramp drops, but nobody is thinking about the weather. In Tagalog, Balikatan means "shoulder-to-shoulder," and that’s exactly how we’re standing with our Philippine Marine brothers. Our mission here is sharp and uncompromising: sharpen their defense capabilities to deter and defeat any Chinese aggression across these critical waterways. In less than ten minutes, rotor blades will whip the air and amphibious craft will hit the surf for a joint air-and-sea assault on a Philippine-held island. This isn't just another exercise. We're forging an ironclad defense right here on the frontline, ensuring our allies stand ready to protect every inch of home.

General informations

  • Americans are in standard MARPAT and Philippine forces are in their mordern digicam and tigerstripe depending on the unit
  • Both sides have people on the island at the start with some armed mobility but the majority of forces are offrshore waiting to arive via boat and helicopter
  • The Philippine helicopter has M240 door guns vs the forward locked Seahawk's miniguns
