Trump did it! Peace in the Middle East is basicaly secured.

Set in an alternative reality where Oct 7th never happned, Saudi Arabia has joined the Abraham Acords. Coperation between Israel and the wider Arab world is going from strength to strength. While Iranian proxies still operate in Lebanon, Gaza and Iraq. Such threats are faced down by a United States backed by the two largest powers in the region, Israel and Saudi Arabia.

In a small but relevent change of policy. Germany, a nation with perhaps the strongest ties to Isreal out of all countries outside of the USA has been given the green light to take part in military excersises at the expansive Saudi training grounds by Israel.

Here the German fallschirmjäger have had to gear up and hot drop into the King Khalid Military City within 9 hours. Once on the group they will be expected to defend an urban area against Saudi mechanised forces. If even an hour is lost, Saudi forces will make it to the city, secure their objectives uncontested and the wargame will be a failure of Germanys rapid responce forces.

As paratroopers board their A400M's at Celle Air Base. They know their job, they know their kit and they know their foe as a well armed but inexpertienced one. Will their assumtions be true or is the traditional land power of Europe in for a shocking realiseation?
